1. **Position Summary**

2. **Principal Responsibilities/Duties**

Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with customers and Sales managers.

A keen commitment to providing excellent customer service support to our reputable brand.

To ensure that SOPs are followed.

To proactively solve consumer queries.

Track customer activity, and ensure we meet our customers’ delivery schedules.

Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, ensure response times are adhered to and consumer queries are always handled in a professional approach.

Attend monthly sales meetings.

Tracking the status of leads by updating databases and contacting clients to ensure that all follow up has been completed.

Monitoring daily sales activity, recording key statistics in computer databases, and reporting results to management.

Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

3. **Critical Challenges**

Understanding the Company’s structure, work processes and culture.

Building lasting relationships with all stakeholders.

Maintain open lines of communication internally between customer service and the sales team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Focus on delivering a great experience and resolving incidents quickly.

Self-motivated and present a ‘can-do’ attitude.

5. **External Contacts**

Interacts with:

- Value added suppliers
- Customers

6. **Internal Contacts**

Interacts with:

- Senior Management; CEO, President of the Company, CFO and Vice Presidents.
- Directors
- Mangers
- All other employees as needed.

7. **Problem Solving & Decision Making**

Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1-hour unpaid break daily.

Annual Leave 28 days inclusive of public holidays.
