Preventative Maintenance Operative Role

As a key member of the Maintenance team at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of tasks and checks across the site to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily checks on services, equipment, and plant, adhering to a Preventative Maintenance Schedule
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate stock control
  • Utilize basic electrical knowledge to perform tasks and troubleshoot issues
  • Undertake various Preventative Maintenance tasks, including filter changes and Legionella checks
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance principles
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
