Job Description
As a Legal HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal and HR teams, providing administrative assistance, and contributing to the success of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the legal and HR teams
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts
- Supporting recruitment and employment matters
- Owning the data protection process
- Managing HR records and updating HR systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Law, HR or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, you can expect a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
