Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to support their in-house team of lawyers on a permanent basis. The salary on offer is up to £35,000 depending on experience and the firm offer hybrid working. This role will be acting as the first point of contact and filter for documents and correspondence referred to the legal team. **Responsibilities**

**Technical**
- Diary and deadline management for in-house lawyers
- Answering and preparing correspondence on behalf of the lawyers and responding to customer and third-party queries
- Preparation of files, documents, and reporting on behalf of the Legal team for both internal and external clients
- Assisting with reporting and liaison, case reviews and updating instructions to solicitors and other third parties
- Obtaining documents from Land Registry.
- To assist with the monitoring and recording of data breaches.
- To assist with the recording and monitoring of Subject Access Requests and Erasure requests.

**General Responsibilities**
- Act at all times in line with the Company Values, integrating these into all work practices.
- Maintain accurate computerised and manual records
- Produce accurate information and reports for weekly/ monthly meetings
- Participate in team, departmental and corporate project and planning processes as required
- To observe the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality and in compliance with Data Protection legislation
- To act as an ambassador for Homeground in your conduct during working hours and in all contact with clients, residents and third parties
- To undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested from time to time.

- Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm

**Desirable**
- Experience in a busy and demanding administrative environment, preferably legal or financial.
- Experience in dealing with solicitors.
