Finance Leadership Development Programme

Are you ready to embark on a journey that will shape your future as a finance leader? Our Mars Finance Leadership Experience is a unique opportunity to develop both functional and leadership capabilities while gaining exposure to various areas of finance.
As a finance graduate, you will take on roles with local and regional exposure, making decisions with real consequences. You will be exposed to different areas of finance, including supply finance, market finance, financial control, and internal audit. You will also contribute to our finance digitalization agenda.
After three years, you will be a versatile finance business partner, equipped to hold a strategic role within any of our segments or be on your way to becoming a finance manager with a team of your own.
