About the Programme:
The Mars Engineering Leadership Experience Graduate Programme is a three-year opportunity to develop and grow as a leader in the field of engineering. You'll work on various projects, develop new technical and leadership skills, and innovate at a global scale.
What to Expect:
Year 1: You'll focus on building your technical understanding and getting to know the world of Mars and our world-famous brands.
Year 2: You'll have the opportunity to work abroad, develop your leadership style, and receive excellent support from Mars, both personally and professionally.
Year 3: You'll manage your own team, put your knowledge into action, and help develop other Associates, building on your future career within Mars.
Requirements:
- You'll need a Master's degree in Engineering, graduating in 2025 or graduated within the last 2 years.
- You'll be passionate about Engineering and Leadership and want to forge a career in this space.
- You're not afraid of new challenges and willing to step outside your comfort zone.
- Ideally, you'll have some experience managing a group or project, either within your degree, or from a previous internship or role.
- You'll be flexible and willing to work abroad for at least one year.
- You're fluent in English.
