Early Years Coordinator Role

Camp Beaumont is seeking a dedicated Early Years Coordinator to play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. As an integral part of our activity team, you will be responsible for delivering a fantastic programme that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Coordinator, you will support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in coordinating group activities for a multi-activity day camp for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Group Leaders to organize engaging games and activities
  • Assisting with various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more
  • Ensuring the well-being of the children under your care

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 17 years old or over
  • Availability to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizenship with 2 x right to work IDs
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • A passion for working with children
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given)
  • A Level 2 qualification in Childcare

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous camp experience
  • Paediatric first aid
