About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague in Bowness-On-Windermere. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Be knowledgeable about store performance and contribute to driving sales, reducing waste, and delivering profit
