Job Title: Principal Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our Development Team, you will play a crucial role in leading and producing designs and drawings for construction projects, as well as delivering technical reports for masterplanning and planning applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and produce designs and drawings for construction projects
  • Deliver technical reports for masterplanning and planning applications
  • Work with clients at a local and national level to deliver projects
  • Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and business development activities
  • Maintain a positive working environment in the team
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering degree and Chartered status
  • Strong postgraduate experience in civil engineering
  • Ability to produce masterplans, site appraisals, and design calculations
  • Experience in using Civils 3D or PDS software packages
  • Knowledge of highway design and drainage principles
