Senior Civil Engineer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Infrastructure/Drainage Team, working on detailed design projects, and mentoring junior staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the Infrastructure/Drainage Team and contribute to the development of the Civils Team
* Work on detailed design projects, including water main bursts and £20 million frameworks
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on Civil3D, MicroDrainage, SuDS, and SAB applications

**About the Company**

Our client is a well-established consultancy with over 30 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. They offer a range of services, including BIM, and have a strong presence in the commercial, highways, flood risk, and education sectors.

* 5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering
* Proven track record of leading a small team and working with clients
