We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning and Digital Skills Trainer to join our team at KM Recruitment.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering accredited Digital Skills training to learners aged 16+, utilizing your expertise and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate students remotely.

Main Duties:
  1. Deliver high-quality, engaging online training sessions up to Level 2, catering to diverse learner needs.
  2. Effectively manage your time to meet deadlines for assessments and reviews.
  3. Create customized training workshops that cater to individual learners' requirements.
  4. Offer ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to learners throughout their learning journey.

As a successful applicant, you will possess a recognized Assessor award, a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above, and an L2 Digital Skills/IT related qualification. Experience with online training delivery is advantageous.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £30,000 + bonus potential, depending on individual performance and circumstances.
