About the Role: As a Digital Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to delegates at various sites. Your expertise in presenting digital and technical training on handheld devices will be essential in this role. Ideally, candidates with experience in the health and social care sector will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative product training sessions to large groups of delegates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital products and technologies to ensure effective training delivery.
- Develop and implement tailored training programs to meet the needs of clients across different regions.
- Work closely with Operational L&D Managers to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to delegates to develop their facilitation skills.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in delivering product or digital training to multiple delegates.
- Strong background in presenting digital/technical training/training on handheld devices.
- Familiarity with the health and social care sector, hospitals, care homes, nursing homes, facilities management, or service sector.
- Ability to travel frequently to various sites across your region.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing soft-skills such as facilitation skills/coaching to others.
Benefits: This is a home-based role with opportunities for frequent travel. You will be supplied with necessary training paraphernalia and claim mileage and subsistence back.
Location: We are recruiting one person in each area: Northwest, North East, Midlands, Scotland, South West, South East, Wales.
