The JD Group is a leading omni-channel retailer of Sports Fashion, Outdoors and Gyms with over 60,000 colleagues and over 3,400 stores across several retail fascias in over 30 markets around the world.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Assistant to assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our KPIs are achieved and maintaining the standards of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving customer service excellence.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is correctly priced, price amendments are actioned, and all POS is correctly displayed.
  • Develop internal staff and promote progression within the group.
  • Maintain high levels of stock presentation and ensure that all displays are maintained to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar retail role.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office.
