We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at our New Southgate Friern Express store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures.Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.Basic math skills and accuracy when handling customer transactions.Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
