About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco store team as a Colleague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.
