Job Description:

The Critical Care Physiotherapy Team Lead role is a key position within the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a senior physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of physiotherapists in the Critical Care unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
  • Manage staff performance and sickness, and participate in recruitment of new staff
  • Deliver training and educate individuals, teams, and wider MDTs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • HCPC registration
  • Evidence of appropriate postgraduate study and professional development within specialist area
