- Collaborate with colleagues in the Wellbeing Referral team to develop and implement initiatives that encourage healthy habits and address health inequalities.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking information and resources related to health and well-being.
- Contribute to project planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based approaches.
- Develop strong relationships with partner organizations and volunteers to expand the reach of our programs.
- A genuine passion for promoting health and well-being within communities.
- Solid understanding of factors influencing health choices, particularly in relation to physical activity, nutrition, and mental health.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
