Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Safety, Quality and Clinical team, including coordinating projects, events, and activities.
- Assist with complaints handling and provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients, colleagues, and external bodies.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
