Vacancy for ViSOR Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a ViSOR Assistant in the Safeguarding Central Governance Unit, based in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate intelligence records relating to Registerable Sex Offenders and other MAPPA offenders on various computer systems.
  • Liaise with other agencies to develop accurate intelligence and ensure the appropriate exchange of information.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience of handling, researching, or managing data, with a good working knowledge of computerized systems and databases.
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
