We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our luxury nursing home in Newton Aycliffe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Previous experience of managing a nursing home.
- Be a Registered Nurse and hold an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector.
- Driven, motivated, and believe in the quality of care.
- Strong leadership and management qualities while taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
- Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - Essential
- Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management.
