The Role:
Sought after is a seasoned Sous Chef to join an esteemed client in Cardiff, forming part of a dynamic kitchen team. This experienced professional will support the Head Chef in ensuring seamless service delivery and maintain exceptional standards of quality control for all kitchen produce.
The Ideal Candidate:
A talented and ambitious Sous Chef from a fine dining background or gastro restaurant is required, boasting a minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience. Previous Rosetted restaurant or hotel experience is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking, creativity, and a drive to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of service delivery and quality control.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.
- Train new staff when required, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
