The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be essential in ensuring the optimal performance of laboratory equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repairs of laboratory devices.
  • Advise customers on necessary work and required parts.
  • Perform on-site interventions on lab equipment.
  • Conduct validations on lab equipment.
  • Provide technical training to customers.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Intermediate experience in maintaining and repairing professional or industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Excel (including V-lookup).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Full clean driving license.
