Human Rights Forum Director

Pride in London is committed to amplifying the global fight for LGBTQ+ rights and supporting LGBTQ+ people worldwide. We seek a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead our third annual Human Rights Forum, furthering our mission and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals on both national and global scales.

This role comes at a crucial time when LGBTQ+ rights continue to face challenges globally. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping this important platform for human rights advocacy and awareness, building on the success of our previous forums.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working across various human rights issues, a passion for LGBTQ+ human rights issues, and the ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Human Rights Forum, furthering Pride in London's commitment to amplifying the global fight for LGBTQ+ rights.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders, including elected officials, policy makers, and the international LGBTQ+ community.
  • Create and implement innovative and creative approaches to advocacy.
