About the Role

Bright Sparks Science is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Instructor to join our team. As a Science Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive science lessons to primary school students in a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality science lessons to students aged 5-11 years
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in science or education
  • Experience working with primary school students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including after-school sessions
