About the Role

Bright Sparks Science is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Instructor to join our team. As a Science Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive science sessions to primary school children in a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality science tuition and activities to children aged 5-11 years
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different age groups and abilities
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with children in a science education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including after-school sessions and occasional weekends
  • Valid driving license and use of own vehicle for travel
