We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager and Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at ACR Recruitment and Training Ltd. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a wide range of activities for children to promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, including changing nappies and toilet training.
- Undertake domestic tasks within the nursery, such as cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Assist with serving children's lunches and respect their dietary preferences and allergies.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are read, understood, and adhered to.
- Respect the confidentiality of all information received.
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact with and manage children in a nursery setting.
- A competitive salary of up to £38,000 per year.
