We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Julia Durbin Day Nursery in Headington, Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged five and under.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring we provide the best possible care for our children.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,481.60-£30,867.20 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits, including up to 50 paid days off work, childcare discount, and access to our Employee Assistance Scheme.
