Job Description

SPEAR is a leading provider of homelessness services in South West London, and we are now seeking an Outreach Worker to join our team.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of marginalized individuals who are struggling with homelessness. As an Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for conducting outreach activities, engaging with service users, and providing them with essential support and guidance to help them overcome their challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conduct outreach activities to identify and engage with rough sleepers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
  • £28,665 per annum
  • Fixed Term until March 31, 2025, with possible extension
