About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our domiciliary care branch in Clacton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients, and driving business growth and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing a team of carers and support staff, with a strong focus on quality, governance, and customer satisfaction. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
