We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Sales Ambassador to join our team at Crew Clothing in Salcombe. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:
As a Lead Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in driving consistent improvement to store sales, KPIs, and other areas of measured success. You will also be expected to help recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to drive store success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
- Provide accurate information about our product to customers, including features, benefits, and stock availability
- Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store
Key Skills and Experience:
We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, and experience in the retail industry. It would be beneficial if you have good IT skills and experience working in a luxury fashion brand.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
