You'll be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you'll be part of a talented team, working alongside passionate people, to provide high-quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading the kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
