About the Role

Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fluent French Senior Recruiter to join our team in Manchester. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the global oil & gas, energy, power, renewables, engineering, and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client service levels and quality thresholds.
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers to document recruitment plans, including role requirements, timeframes, and selection processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience until start date.
  • Conduct candidate screening to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support hiring managers in deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer.
  • Deliver verbal offers to candidates, manage objections, and support candidates during their notice period.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company and local legislative policies.
Requirements
  • Fluent French language skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technology applications and best practices.
