About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sanderson. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate queries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate queries
- Manage day-to-day queries and ensure they are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
