We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Commercial Team as a Contracts & Compliance Executive. As a key member of the team, you will support the sales and service delivery process, drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Job Description:

As a Contracts & Compliance Executive, you will:

  • Support the Commercial Team with the production of proposals, NDAs, SLAs, and MSAs.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, maintaining a library of up-to-date standard templates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' legal queries, joining client calls as needed.
  • Ensure internal approval processes are followed and kept up to date.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing terms and address breaches or misuse of data.
  • Liaise with the Data Protection Officer on GDPR-related queries and FOI requests.
  • Complete due diligence forms and manage the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring ISO compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Jira (or similar ticketing system).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A confident and professional manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
