Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team in Poole. As a key member of our Intermediate Care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff, as well as developing and implementing care programs for patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
  • Develop and implement care programs for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Evaluate data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience of using electronic patient/service user record systems

Requirements

  • Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level
  • Membership of the relevant Professional Body
  • Evidence of recent professional development in an up-to-date portfolio
  • Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff

Personal Qualities

  • Experience of planning and organizing on-going activities
  • Willingness to advance own clinical knowledge, skill, and competence based on current evidence

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrable skills in written and spoken English to a standard which enables the post holder to carry out the full range of duties and responsibilities of the role effectively
