Wake Night Care Assistant Lead

We are seeking skilled and empathetic individuals to join the Royal Mencap Society as Wake Night Support Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting people with learning disabilities to live independently and fulfill their aspirations.
About the RoleAs a Wake Night Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support and assistance with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will work closely with our service users to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their care and support plans are tailored to meet their individual requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication management, and domestic duties, ensuring that our service users' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support is provided at all times, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
