Support Worker Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Royal Mencap Society as Wake Night Support Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities.
About the RoleAs a Wake Night Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support and assistance with daily activities to our service users. This may include personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication management, and domestic duties.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support is provided at all times.

Benefits- A competitive salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
