Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker - Leadership Role

Location: Coalville

Salary: £13.70 per hour + £60 per sleep-in

We are seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead our 3-bed learning disabilities service in Coalville. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily care and support of residents with learning disabilities
  • Implement and oversee care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring a high standard of care
  • Participate in a rolling shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to provide consistent, round-the-clock support

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children's Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a residential care setting
