About the Role

Nacro, a leading national Social Justice Charity, is seeking an experienced Service Lead to manage and lead a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality, effective supported housing services and housing management services to vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead and deliver services that comply with regulatory frameworks and meet service quality standards.
  • Ensure staff teams understand and meet agreed financial standards on voids, arrears, and re-lets.
  • Act as a lead operational partner, liaising with other agencies, partners, and commissioners as required.
  • Agree service level agreements with external agencies to provide specialist support and build effective working relationships.
  • Promote service user involvement in service design and delivery.
  • Manage the rota and on-call arrangements to ensure appropriate support is in place.
Requirements
