About the Role

We're recruiting experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineers to join our team as Lead Heat Pump Engineers. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with a Low Carbon Heating Support Engineer to install Heat Pumps in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install low carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Learn about new technologies and receive exciting training in our innovative £10m training centre
  • Use your knowledge and experience to deliver an amazing experience for our customers
  • Review and collaborate on technical specifications and mechanical drawings
  • Work with an electrician to commission Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Lead your team, be responsible for your crew, and empower them to make on-the-fly decisions
Requirements
  • G3 (unvented cylinder) qualification or proven experience
  • Experience in the installation of boilers and knowledge of air source heat pumps
  • Experience as a plumbing and heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and fault finding
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)

  • Basic salary £38,000 per year

  • On target earnings £45,000 + London weighting if living within M25
