Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure smart meters and in-home displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their energy needs and preferences
  • Conduct thorough safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
