**Accounting Operations Manager Role**
We are looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to join our team at PEM. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of accounting operations, including supervising employees and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
Your responsibilities will include managing accounting and tax assignments, both in and outside the office, and working with a diverse range of clients. This includes owner-managed businesses, startups, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business growth by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
A competitive estimated salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting our business success.
