As an Operations Manager at beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. You will develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize workflow and resource utilization, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, and manage and mentor operational staff. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
