As an Operations Manager at beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. You will develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize workflow and resource utilization, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, and manage and mentor operational staff. Requirements
