Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

At Randstad UK, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Care recruitment team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in placing care professionals and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Work closely with our experienced recruitment team to achieve business targets and financial goals
  • Provide a positive and supportive working environment, fostering a winning attitude and strong team dynamics
  • Build and maintain a strong contract book of candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality talent
Requirements:
  • Strong customer sales skills, with experience in phone sales or targeted sales roles
  • Display a consultative, professional, and business partnering approach
  • Understand the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
