Job Description

As an Estates and Telecoms Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering our mobile network programmes. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end delivery of these programmes, ensuring objectives, benefits, and business outcomes are met.

You will lead a team to secure occupational renewals, optimize site solutions, and reduce operational costs while driving strategic outcomes and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet objectives by driving strategic outcomes and managing dependencies, risks, and real-time reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to secure occupational renewals, achieve optimal site solutions, and reduce operational costs while championing the application of the Electronic Communications Code (ECC) and adapting to tribunal decisions.
  • Negotiations and Stakeholder Management: Negotiate complex property agreements, collaborate with landlords, authorities, and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and security standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in estates or asset management and telecoms programme delivery.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in property contract negotiations and landlord engagement, in-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and the ECC, proven leadership in managing large-scale programmes, budgets, and resources, familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, MSP).
  • Desired: Telecoms infrastructure and operational site management experience, recognized professional qualification (e.g., RICS).
Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
