We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Tripod Partners. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults in the community, providing person-centered care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic care to adults, their carers, and families, focusing on strengths-based approaches.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including safeguarding, complex health needs, and learning disabilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide proportionate, personalized, safe, and sustainable responses.
- Utilize knowledge of equipment, adaptation solutions, and Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) provisions.
- Engage with inter-agency and multidisciplinary approaches across the council and other statutory bodies.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be HCPC registered with experience in a Local Authority setting.
- Demonstrate knowledge of person-centered, holistic, and strengths-based practices.
- Have experience assessing daily living activities and understanding the impact of physical, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions on occupational performance.
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills with professionals and partner agencies.
- Have excellent time management skills, personal resilience, and a positive approach to risk-taking.
- Be a reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development.
