Precision Engineering Quality Specialist

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
As a key member of the quality team at Employment Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of high-precision machined parts. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and have a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- CMM programming to create a library of programmes for a wide range of parts and components.
- Perform 'first off' and final inspections, utilising and programming CMM and manual precision measuring equipment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, helping to refine quality procedures and policies.
- Ensure that all parts conform to specified drawing tolerances and standards.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
- Generate NCR reports and ensure calibration of all inspection equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have CMM Programming experience, GD&T knowledge of dimensions, tolerances and ability to read engineering drawings, and ability to carry out Offline programming.
