About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machining Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines in accordance with company standards and engineering instructions
  • Interpret stage drawings and conduct running checks on products
  • Contribute to team initiatives focused on improving process efficiencies
  • Ensure quality control and maintain product traceability throughout the process

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • CNC Operating experience required; preferably within milling or turning operations
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, safety rules, and technical documents
  • Capable of working in a team-oriented environment to meet production targets
