About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Litigation Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Litigation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of cases and working closely with Counsel on applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a diverse portfolio of cases, including intellectual property litigation.
  • Work closely with Counsel on applications, gaining valuable experience in intellectual property law.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of case strategies and tactics.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and other materials.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within the legal sector or experience in litigation will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
